Marianne H Bauman:  “Home for the Hall-a-Daze”

Following a terrifying car accident and the many uncertainties of the Covid pandemic, Marianne joined a group of “Happy Online Painters” at the Salt Lake County Senior Citizen Center. “It was here that I was reintroduced into a kind, loving, accepting society of adults that have helped me on my journey to overcome my issues and find joy in life,” Marianne says. The group works in mediums like acrylic, oil paint and watercolors and enjoys frequent visits from guest artists. Marianne has embraced online tutorials to supplement the learning she experiences with “Happy Online Painters.”

Hall is a family name and growing up, Marianne thought that ALL the holidays were worth celebrating! “My hope is that you will find your favorite holiday somewhere in my collection and enjoy seeing and seizing the happy moments that each holiday brings with it. Cheers to the memories you make and create for yourself!”

“I can’t forget to mention my fellow Happy Online Artist Teachers: Nancy Schafner, Nan Larsen and Lori Anderson who have been instrumental in guiding me and answering a multitude of questions on all things relating to a life filled with the joy of painting.

P.S. Check out your local Senior Center as you never know what you may find there that will fill your heart with love, laughter, warmth, healing and joy.”
