Summer Jam 2022

The dates are set and the plans are being made for another wonderful season of Summer Jam! We are now taking applications for musical acts for our Summer Jam Series in Canyon Rim park. Please complete the following application to be considered.

Link where we can preview at least three live performance videos, preferably ones demonstrating interaction with the audience.
Please indicate which members of the performance group live within Millcreek City. Please also include a paragraph that describes your performance and musical genre that may be used to help market your act.
